The Journey – Four Steps to Healing and Freedom
If you decide to follow the journey with us, we will schedule four sessions with you.
Each session has its own focus and builds on the previous one, so that together we work step by step toward deliverance, healing, and restoration.
Each session lasts about two hours, and we aim to schedule them consecutively, preferably one per week.
Session 1 – Connection & Trust
The first session is all about building relationship. We meet in a relaxed atmosphere, simply over a cup of coffee. We take time to listen to your story, your questions, and what’s on your heart. It’s not about performance, but about connection and creating a safe space.
Session 2 – Life Story & Preparation
In this session, we go deeper into your life story. We map everything out as thoroughly and clearly as possible, so we can identify spiritual patterns and influences that have shaped your life.
Session 3 – Letting Go & Setting Free
This session focuses on letting go of your past. We intentionally walk through this process together. All the spiritual patterns and influences we’ve identified will be addressed one by one – body, soul, and spirit. We don’t rush, but take time in a safe setting, led by the Holy Spirit. It’s a deep moment of deliverance and surrender, where your past no longer needs to have a hold on your future.
Session 4 – Restoration & Building Up
In this session, we focus on strengthening body, soul, and spirit. Everything that was let go of or broken down in earlier sessions now receives space to be healed and renewed. We pray specifically for restoration and speak life, identity, and destiny over you. You will begin to experience what it means to stand firm in who you are – free, loved, and carried by God.
Availability and Commitment Are Essential
When you sign up for the journey, it’s important to understand that sessions are primarily scheduled during the day. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to accommodate everyone in the evening hours, especially considering the intensity and duration of each session.
We therefore ask that you be willing to take time off from work or other commitments if needed. Healing requires space, rest, and dedication. If we notice that there is little effort being made to be available during the day, we reserve the right to discontinue the process and bring your request for help to a close.
We believe that true transformation begins with willingness. Your commitment is a key to what God wants to do in your life.
🌿 Aftercare – You’re Not Alone
After session 4, the process doesn’t just end. Healing and restoration often continue for some time, and we don’t want to leave you alone in that. That’s why we continue to support you through our Aftercare Department.
You’ll receive three aftercare emails from us:
- Two weeks after the last session, we’ll send you an email to ask how you’re doing and how the first days after the sessions have been.
- After about six weeks, you’ll receive a second email. We’ll ask how things have gone since then and whether you’ve been able to take further steps.
- After three months, you’ll receive a final email. This officially concludes the journey. You’ll receive a clear closure and suggestions for possible next steps – such as joining a local church, attending a Bible school, or participating in our gatherings.
So you are not alone. We continue to care for you even after the journey – because your healing is precious and deserves full attention.
Our aftercare is here to support you and will respond only to questions related to your original request for help. We’re happy to listen to what’s on your heart, but it’s not intended for ongoing counseling or answering new questions indefinitely.
Healing Requires Commitment
When you choose to begin this journey, you are making a conscious decision to prioritize healing – and that requires commitment. This process touches deep areas of your soul and can be intense. That’s why it’s important to create space, not only in your heart, but also in your schedule.
It may be necessary to temporarily reschedule or adjust work commitments, appointments, or social activities, either partially or completely. Healing requires rest, reflection, and time with God – and that’s hard to achieve when life is pulling you in every direction.
Give yourself permission to fully focus on what God is doing in your life. This is an investment in your future, your freedom, and your calling. You are worth taking this time for yourself.
